Senior Film Producer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Film Producer to join our team of brand experience experts and storytellers, working on one of our most important client relationships. This is a senior, hands-on role covering the full spectrum of corporate film production — from concept to final delivery — across event, documentary, and commercial formats.

You'll be producing content for a wide range of audiences, including international employees, investors, media, and social platforms, and you'll work closely with our Executive Producers, production managers, CD, event producers and our creative film and motion editors.

What You'll Do

• Development of communication concepts, scripts, and production plans for both documentary and commercial-style formats

• Ensure smooth continuation of existing successful formats, while actively identifying and developing new formats to fulfill client needs

• Produce and direct on location

• Oversee the edit process through to final delivery, ensuring the highest creative and technical quality

• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout production and delivery, building and maintaining a trusted, long-term relationship

• Adapt content and formats for different audiences — including employees, investors, media, and social media — while maintaining a consistent narrative and brand voice

• Collaborate closely with Executive Producers, the Film Production Manager, Creative Director, event producers, DoPs, sound engineers and editors to deliver integrated, high-quality productions

• At least 10 years of experience as a producer/director, with a strong portfolio of corporate or commercial film work

• Demonstrated experience working with large corporate clients, ideally in long-term or retainer-style relationships

• Strong knowledge of the corporate communications landscape, and the different formats and requirements for internal and external audiences

• Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle: concept development, scripting, planning, on-location producing/directing, and post-production oversight

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust throughout a production

• Fluency in English, written and spoken and an understanding of Swedish

• Comfortable working as part of a larger, multidisciplinary production team
