We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior SEO / GEO Consultant to join our team. You are a person with the drive to continue developing our strategic offerings and helping our clients navigate the evolving landscape of search and AI.

As a Senior SEO / GEO Consultant at Comprend, you'll work with a variety of clients across industries and you will operate at a strategic level, moving beyond pure execution to shape the future of search for our clients.

You will lead SEO strategy and advisory work, develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps, and partner closely with clients and senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. Your work will span technical SEO, content and information architecture, analytics, and performance measurement – always with an eye toward how AI and emerging search paradigms are reshaping the industry.

At Comprend we work cross-functionally, and you will collaborate with strategists, content specialists, developers, and other digital professionals to deliver integrated solutions. You may mentor junior team members, facilitate workshops with clients, and contribute to our ways of working as we evolve.

You will share responsibility for client satisfaction, strategic impact, and project success. We are looking for a thought leader and team player who can help elevate our service offerings and make a real difference for our clients' businesses.

Who are you:
You have strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams and/or with different stakeholders. You have a clear and adaptable communication and a constructive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience using AI-supported tools or methods within analytics delivery is a strong advantage. Preferably you have a background in agency and/or consulting environments.

Furthermore we wish you to have experience from:

• Technical SEO, organic search and/or performance marketing.

• Content and information architecture.

• Analytics and performance measurement.

• Deep understanding of SEO as part of a broader digital marketing ecosystem.

• Evidence of strategic thinking: references to strategy, advisory work, roadmaps, or leadership.

• Ownership mindset focused on client outcomes, not just execution.

• Comfortable presenting, facilitating workshops, and leading discussions.

• Experience mentoring others or contributing to team processes and ways of working.
  

GEO / AI Experience (Nice to Have)

• Interest or hands-on experience with:

  • AI search, LLMs, or generative discovery.

  • Automation, experimentation, or new search paradigms.

Language Requirements

• Finnish and English required

• Swedish or other languages are a plus
