The role

We are in the search of a account director to join our team in Öresund, with offices in Malmö and Helsingborg. Today we work with the largest brands in the Nordics and our future is truly exciting as the digitalization requires our knowledge and services to the fullest.

As an account director at Comprend we believe that you have a natural talent with clients and you have a strong desire to drive and support your own as well as the company's goals.
You will create strong long lasting relationships with client stakeholders across large complex organisations. You will build commercial success of your own client portfolio and development through proactive sales activities. Together with the client team you will create the roadmap for the clients journey and a compelling story to explain it.

Who are you?

A team player who enjoys working with large enterprise companies.
In addition to marketing and communication expertise, you bring a growth mindset and a data-driven approach to solving problems and achieving results. Furthermore you have:

• Several years of experience from establishing and nurturing client relationships, preferably within B2B and/or industrial sector.
• Experience from marketing, brand communication and digital offers.
• Extensive and proven experience of great leadership and collaboration with team members and client stakeholders.
• Ability to identify sales and business development - you understand the importance of always being one step ahead.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
