Project Manager for Corporate Events
Creo is seeking an experienced project manager for high-level corporate events for a fixed-term employment or freelance engagement for projects during 2025.
About the Role
As a project manager for our high-level corporate events, you will be part of a dynamic team where your creativity, organizational skills, and drive play a pivotal role. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, executive producers, and other partners.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and ensure that nothing is left to chance. You also enjoy collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders involved in the projects. You are a team player, unpretentious, and ready to take on tasks as needed.
The role also includes periods of international work.
Experience and Skills Required

Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably from an event agency, working with both physical and hybrid corporate/management events.

Expertise: A solid understanding of all aspects of corporate and management events, including workflows, production, and creative elements.

Corporate Insight: Strong knowledge of corporate communication and large organizational structures.
- Client Interaction: Experienced in working closely with clients and stakeholders. High level verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are required.

Organization: Proven ability to take structured meeting notes, assign tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Personality: Resilient under pressure, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Application Information
Apply as soon as possible, as interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. The position is available as a fixed-term employment or a freelance arrangement approximately 20% during the spring and 50% during the fall, until November 2025. To be able to join us you need to have a valid work permit in Sweden.
