The Role: Technical Digital Analyst

As a Technical Digital Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and diverse Martech, Data & Analytics team, working closely with a range of leading clients. Your primary focus will be on advanced tag management and custom implementations, making use of your expertise in JavaScript and other programming languages. One of your key assignments, together with a large client team, will be to work with a proprietary Tag Manager we’ve developed for a major client, while also contributing to evaluations, configurations, and custom setups.

You’ll work across industries, ensuring scalable and accurate tagging frameworks that empower data-driven decision-making. Your role will also include collaborating with team members and clients to manage data pipelines, analyze performance, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role requires exceptional technical expertise as well as client-facing skills to communicate complex solutions effectively.

Some of the experiences we value for the role:

• Experience with tag management tools, including tools such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Tags (Launch).

• OR Experience in JavaScript (ES6) and Node.js environment and/or other high level programming environments.

• Proficiency with version control and other development tools.

• Good understanding of the fundament of the web and browsing technologies (including debugging tools).

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and practical solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Good communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Great to Have:

• Proficiency in additional programming languages, such as Python or R.

• Knowledge of data pipelines and SQL for analyzing and managing data.

• Familiarity with Google Big Query or other data warehousing platforms.

• Hands-on experience with APIs for integrating and automating data processes.

• Good knowledge of experiments platforms.

• Background in web analytics concepts and reporting.
